The
pit area of Beech Bend Raceway is a restricted area set aside for the
preparation and maintenance of the racecars in competition.
Each driver, owner or mechanic before entering the pit area shall sign a
release and purchase an arm band and keep it on at all times.
Broken armbands are invalid. Under
no circumstances will any racecar be allowed to unload, work on, or even park in
the spectator area, before-during-or
after a race. Failure to
comply with this rule could mean disqualification. Anyone
found guilty of letting an unauthorized person use their armband or license
would be subject to a fine and/or suspension.
No persons will be allowed in the pit area without a valid armband.
In the event of a rain out, you will use your pit pass ticket as a rain
check for the next event. Failure
to produce your rain check ticket will result in another pit pass purchase.
In the event you are injured, please notify an official immediately for
proper medical attention. Beech
Bend Raceway reserves the right to refuse admission to the pit area to any
person considered being unqualified or detrimental to the sport of racing. CONDUCT 1.
Beech Bend Raceway is private property.
Through your admission ticket, you have been given the right to be on
this property in conjunction with racing activities. However, the management of Beech Bend Raceway reserves the
right to revoke and cancel this right at any time that it is felt that your
presence or conduct is not in the best interest of the sport of auto racing,
your fellow competitors or the fans. 2. We expect courteous conduct from all participants at all times. Each and every one of you has an image to uphold and the name of Beech Bend Raceway. We do not tolerate profanity in front of race fans, officials or management. Failure to abide by this rule may result in fine or suspension. 3.
At any time, if your dress, actions, or conduct are not in the best
interest of Beech Bend Raceway, you must leave the grounds. 4.
There will be no drinking or alcoholic beverages before or during the
racing program on the premises. Also,
alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are not allowed in the pit area.
Anyone caught with either of these on his or her person or in his/her
equipment will be suspended. 5.
The display or use of any type of weapon at any time will result
in permanent suspension for all parties involved and will result in the arrest
of all parties involved. 6.
The officials will resolve any disagreement over technical questions or
decisions. When their decision is
rendered, it is final and binding and no further discussion will take place. 7.
No driver may get out of his/her car on the track or infield to argue
or discuss the race with the officials.
If this rule is violated, the driver could be disqualified for the event
or suspended. 8.
For any unnecessary roughness on the race track, as judged by track
officials, the race will be stopped and the person or persons will be put into
the pit area or escorted from the track property. 9.
Refusing to obey officials could result in laps taken away or suspension. NO
ONE IS ALLOWED IN PRESS BOX AREA OR SCORING ROOM EXCEPT RACEWAY OFFICIALS AND
PERSONNEL UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY OFFICE. |
